Divonne Franklin, a senior at California (Pennsylvania), swept the women's 100-meter dash and 200-meter titles in wind-aided marks of 11.09 and 22.77 seconds at the NCAA Division 2 Championships at Neta and Eddie DeRose Thunderbowl Stadium in Pueblo, Colo. Franklin became the first female athlete in the division to capture both sprint titles since 2019.
